Sarah Kelly is currently a Master’s student at the University of Utah studying Violin Performance and Pedagogy where she studies with Dr. Hasse Borup.

In April 2024 Sarah graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Music Education: Instrumental K-12 where she studied with Professor Monte Belknap.

During her time at BYU, Sarah has performed twice with master violinist Itzhak Perlman on the Beethoven and Mendelssohn violin concertos. In 2022, Sarah participated in the BYU Chamber Orchestra’s “Bon Voyage!” European Tour of the Czech Republic, Austria, and Italy.

In the past five years, Sarah has spent time studying violin and performing abroad in Europe, Florida, Texas, and Montana, taking lessons and master classes with renowned performers and teachers. She has performed in many concerts at music festivals, both solo and chamber works.

Sarah is passionate about her career in teaching and is excited to continue helping people find joy and purpose in their lives through music.
